Truth Muzic respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all artists, contributors, and visitors to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that occur on our website or through any services we operate.
1. Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any content available on Truth Muzic infringes upon your copyrighted work, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

2. Removal of Infringing Content
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Truth Muzic will:

Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material

Notify the user or account responsible for the content

Take further action if necessary, including account restrictions for repeated violations
3. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or in the district where Truth Muzic operates) and agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant.
Once received, we will send your counter-notice to the original copyright claimant and restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the claimant files a court action requesting otherwise.
4. Repeat Infringement Policy
Truth Muzic may limit or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, at our sole discretion.
5. Misrepresentation Warning
Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in legal liability. Only submit claims you genuinely believe to be true.
